The Chauffeur position will involve:

The Dispatcher position will involve:
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling reservations, questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Confirming of driver availability, dispatching and scheduling limousine trips. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Respond to guest complaints and concerns; however will notify management of issues beyond your scope of authority.
